Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the LeShuttle October Voucher Campaign (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.
- This Promotion is jointly provided by (1) The Channel Tunnel Group Limited, a company incorporated in England (company number 01811435) whose registered office is at UK Terminal, Ashford Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT18 8XX and France-Manche SA incorporated under French law whose registered office is located at 37-39 rue de la Bienfaisance Paris 75008 France, trading in partnership as “Eurotunnel” and operating its passenger vehicle rail shuttles under the trademark “LeShuttle”; and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB (Individually hereafter referred to as the “Promoter” and together the “Promoters”)
- To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must:
a. be at least 18 years old;
b. redeem Avios for a LeShuttle voucher on avios.com during the Promotional Period (each a “Qualifying Redemption”);
c. Comply with LeShuttle’s Ticket Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage available at:

d. be a member of The British Airways Club (“BAC”) and accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”).
The Promotion will open on 5 October 2026 at 00:01 UK time and will close on 5 November 2026 at 23:59 UK time (“Promotional Period”).
For each Qualifying Redemption, the Eligible Participant will receive Avios equal to 25% of the Avios redeemed as part of that Qualifying Redemption (the "Promotional Avios"). The calculation will be based on the number of Avios debited from the Eligible Participant's BAC account and any fraction will be rounded down to the nearest whole Avios.
a. By way of example, where an Eligible Participant redeems 10,000 Avios for a £50 LeShuttle voucher, 2,500 Promotional Avios will be awarded.
For the avoidance of doubt, there is no requirement to use the voucher or to make a LeShuttle booking for Promotional Avios to be awarded.There is no limit to the number of Qualifying Redemption an Eligible Participant may make during the Promotional Period
No minimum redemption amount applies to this Promotion. The minimum available redemption of 1,000 Avios for a £5 LeShuttle voucher is a Qualifying Redemption and will earn 250 Promotional Avios, subject to these Terms.
The Promotional Avios will be credited automatically to the BAC account used to make the Qualifying Redemption within thirty (30) days after the Promotional Period closes. No separate registration or claim is required. The BAC account must remain open and in good standing when the Promotional Avios are credited.
A redemption will not be a Qualifying Redemption if the redemption itself is cancelled, refunded, reversed or identified as unauthorized, fraudulent and AGL reserves the right to deduct the corresponding Promotional Avios from the BAC account to which they were credited where this is identified after they have been awarded. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation or amendment of a LeShuttle booking made with a voucher does not affect the Qualifying Redemption or the Promotional Avios; in accordance with the LeShuttle Avios Terms and Conditions, an applied voucher will not be refunded or reissued following cancellation.

By entering into the Promotion you are deemed to accept and to be bound by these Terms and any terms and conditions referred to herein. The Promotional Avios are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not apply to LeShuttle vouchers, which remain subject to the terms and conditions referred to in clause 10.
Neither AGL nor LeShuttle accepts responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
AGL and LeShuttle reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms, including Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so, provided that any withdrawal or amendment will not affect Promotional Avios already earned or Qualifying Redemptions already made, before the change takes effect.
AGL and LeShuttle reserve the right to disqualify or terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to the Avios Terms and Conditions. Avios have no monetary value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be refunded nor exchanged. By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL and LeShuttle or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the LeShuttle’s Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Promoters’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms.
Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways, AGL and/or LeShuttle (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter (or affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. The Eligible Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
Promotional materials may form part of these Terms. These Terms will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion shall be subject to correction without any liability on British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and LeShuttle.
British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and LeShuttle's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
The Promotion excludes employees and agents of British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, LeShuttle or any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
