Head to our dedicated Pet Reception to get them checked in and then take them out to stretch their pas on one of our walking routes - we'll even supply a complimentary poop bag for any pre-travel messes.

Our Calais terminal building is on one level, offering easy access for disabled passengers. We have disabled toilets and a quiet room, available on request from the Customer Service desk.
