    Located after Border Controls, the Flexiplus Lounge is a comfortable place to pause before boarding. 


    Choose to enjoy complimentary light refreshments in the lounge, or take them with you for the journey ahead. Passengers taking refreshments with them will be provided with a grab-and-go bag by a member of the lounge team.

    Whether you are travelling with us in the morning or later in the day, there is a selection of complimentary light refreshments to enjoy in the Flexiplus Lounge during opening hours. 


    For breakfast, choose from breakfast rolls, pastries, cereals, porridge, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Later in the day, you will find sandwiches, wraps, salads, quiche, sweet treats and crisps, with options for children and a choice of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items. 


    A range of hot and cold drinks is available throughout the day, including Lavazza coffee, Oxford Tea Collection teas, dairy-free milk alternatives, still and sparkling water, and soft drinks. 


    The selection may vary by lounge and time of day and year. 

    Entering the lounge

    We will send your Flexiplus Lounge Pass QR by email up to 24 hours before you travel. Present the QR code on arrival at the Flexiplus Lounge and our team will welcome you in. 


    Lounge access is included for all passengers on your booking. To help us provide a smooth welcome, please enter the lounge together.

    Is LeShuttle Flexiplus worth it?
    A Flexiplus ticket with LeShuttle (formerly known as Eurotunnel) offers exceptional value for money if you want your travel with us to be as flexible as possible. Flexiplus ticket holders receive priority boarding, a dedicated check-in lane, and the freedom to turn up and board at any time on the day you have booked to travel with LeShuttle. You also get exclusive access to the Flexiplus lounge at both of our terminals, with complimentary food and drink.
    Can I travel anytime with Flexiplus?

    A LeShuttle or Eurotunnel Flexiplus ticket gives you the freedom to board any service on your booked travel day.

    What does Flexiplus mean?
    A Flexiplus ticket gives LeShuttle customers exclusive use of LeShuttle's Flexiplus lounge, access to priority boarding, the flexibility of being able to amend your ticket and board any service on your booked day of travel.
    Does Flexiplus include food?
    Yes, complimentary refreshments are available for Flexiplus ticket holders in our lounge. Start your day with a croissant and coffee before you board, or choose from our range of delicious sandwiches. Gluten free options are available.
    Can I upgrade my LeShuttle ticket to Flexiplus?
    Yes, amendments to your booking can be made in accordance with our terms & conditions, as long as changes are made before the ticket expires (please check your specific ticket type for details of amendment and the expiry period).

    Why are weekend tickets more expensive?
    Ticket prices are more expensive at weekends because more people travel on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, so there is greater demand for tickets.
    Does LeShuttle have a loyalty programme?
    Yes, if you’re a Club LeShuttle member, every time you book tickets with LeShuttle you can earn Avios to spend on future bookings. You’ll also get access to a range of discounts, special offers and competitions.   
    Can you get a Eurotunnel £25 return ticket?
    The lowest permanent fare currently available is £100, the Short Stay Saver, which is available for return trips of 5 days or less. From time to time we offer a day trip and overnight fare (currently £69). These are the prices per vehicle, each way. So while LeShuttle does not offer a £25 return ticket, it is possible to share the cost if you are travelling in a group and make significant savings.     What’s the cheapest I can travel with LeShuttle?
    Our lowest permanent fare is the Short Stay Saver (£100 per vehicle each way), available for return trips of 5 days or less. But you can travel for less than this per person. For example, a group of five friends travelling in one car on a Short Stay Saver ticket will pay £190 return. Split equally, the cost is £38 each – only £19 per person to get to France!     A Flexiplus ticket offers you a fully flexible and refundable fare. However, if you do need to travel on a Peak Day, a Peak Day Charge will be applicable. Charge starts from £10 up to £250* per leg

    All ticket prices shown are based on one way of a journey and an average sized BMW 3 Series without accessories such as bikes or a roofbox on the top or rear of vehicle, trailer or caravan, 61% of cars travelling with us in 2024 were of similar dimensions to a BMW 3 Series.

    Our prices are indicative and the cost of your journey is based on a number of factors, including the ticket type, travel dates and time, length, height, width and ground clearance of your vehicle and accessories. Therefore, the price shown may not be applicable to your vehicle size or preferred date of travel and you may pay more or less dependent on these factors.     • Day Trip & Overnight – Ticket must be purchased as part of a return journey within 2 days. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the second calendar day of your journey. Tickets are available for travel until 30/09/2026 and mainly for departures from Folkestone before 05:00 or after 18:00 and from Calais before 12:00 or after 20:00. All tickets are subject to availability. Not amendable. Not refundable.
    • Short Stay Saver - Ticket must be purchased as part of a 5 day return and return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. You can change the date and time of travel before booked departure for a fee. Fare increase may apply. All tickets are subject to availability. Not refundable. 
    • Standard - Ticket can be booked for any duration, as either a single or return journey. You can change the date and time of travel before booked departure, for a fee. Fare increase may apply. All tickets are subject to availability. Not refundable.
    • Standard Plus - Ticket can be booked for any duration, as either a single or return journey. Standard Plus tickets are refundable for a fee, only when cancelled more than 2 days before departure provided the ticket has not previously been amended within 2 days before departure. You can change the date and time of travel before booked 
    • Short Stay Flexiplus - Ticket must be purchased as part of a 5 day return. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. You can change the date and time of travel before departure for no fee. Fare increase may apply. All tickets are subject to availability. 
    • Flexiplus - Ticket offers you a flexible and fully refundable fare, if cancelled before departure. You can change the date and time of travel before departure for no fee. Fare increase may apply. All tickets are subject to availability.

    For safety reasons we are unable to board motorcycles first, so Flexiplus priority boarding excludes motorcycles.

    Lounge access and refreshments 
    Flexiplus Lounges are open daily from 6am to 10pm, and until 10.30pm in Calais. Outside these hours, customers may access the lounge lobby where toilets are available. 
    Customers may choose to enjoy refreshments in the lounge or take a grab-and-go bag with them for their journey. To ensure fair availability for all customers, each passenger may choose one option per journey. Customers who dine in the lounge will not be eligible for a grab-and-go bag on the same journey. 
    Where refreshments are taken away, one grab-and-go bag will be provided per passenger, per journey by a member of the lounge team. Only the bag provided may be used to take refreshments from the lounge. 

    The QR code is valid for one lounge entry per journey and may only be used in the direction of travel for which Flexiplus was purchased. If Flexiplus has been purchased for another journey, a separate QR code will be issued for that booking. The QR code in the email is valid only for the booking reference stated.

    Flexiplus Peak Day Charges - Peak Day Charges are payable on busy days. A Flexiplus ticket offers you a fully flexible and refundable fare. However, if you do need to travel on a Peak Day, a Peak Day Charge will be applicable. Charge starts from £10 up to £250* per leg.

    The environmentally-friendly way to travel to France

    35 minutes is the planned journey time. The average crossing time between November 2024 and October 2025 was 35 minutes 17 seconds.
