What is the complaints procedure for delays or service issues related to the border authorities?

The UK and French border controls are outside of Le Shuttles control and operate independently from our operation. Once you have checked in for your departure we will get you away as soon as possible once through the border controls, so please do not worry if you are held up getting through this area of our terminal.
