You can amend your booking in accordance with our terms & conditions, as long as changes are made before the ticket expires (please check your specific ticket type for details of the expiry period).

Amending a booking, may incur a fee plus any change in ticket price (please refer to your specific terms and conditions for more information):

If you contact our Customer Service Team to amend a booking that can be managed online, a non-refundable Amendment Fee of £30 / €36 will apply (except for Flexiplus bookings). You may also need to pay any difference between the original and amended fare.
