I have accessibility needs, how will the additional checks affect me?

At check-in, our staff will direct customers with assistance needs to a designated area within the EES zone. We have dedicated parking bays where travellers can register their details using a tablet with assistance from our trained team. 

Our staff are on hand to provide support throughout the process, ensuring that all passengers, including those with reduced mobility or other specific requirements, can complete EES registration comfortably and efficiently. 

If you have any concerns, Border Agents will be present, please make yourself known to them and advise of your needs. The EES checks remain the responsibility of the authorities and so the Border Agents will be able to advise you.
