I forgot to log in to my Club LeShuttle account before booking – so wasn’t able to enter my Avios membership details. What should I do?

After booking - and before you travel - you have up to 7 days to retrospectively enter your Avios membership details. To do this login to your Club LeShuttle account, import your booking (for help importing a booking visit here) and enter your Avios Member details. 

You can only do this for the last booking you have made, so if you have made multiple bookings, you will only be able to enter your details for your most recent booking. 

You must make any retrospective booking claim before the date you travel. 

If more than 7 days have passed, or you don't enter your details before travel, then you have missed the timeframe in which you can enter your Avios membership details.
