How will Flexiplus customers be affected?

Folkestone to Calais

When leaving Folkestone (UK), Flexiplus customers will benefit from a dedicated waiting lane in the vehicle dispatch area, which prioritises the release of Flexiplus vehicles into the EES zone. (Once in the EU’s EES zone, there is currently no separate area for Flexiplus customers).

Calais to Folkestone

When leaving the EU from Calais, the same dedicated waiting lane will be available in the dispatch area with a dedicated Flexiplus bay in the EES pre-registration zone for these customers. 

This approach is designed to streamline the process and provide added convenience for Flexiplus travellers at both terminals.
