What's the difference between Standard, and Standard Plus tickets?

Standard

• A Standard ticket can be booked for any duration, as either a single or return journey.
• it is not refundable.
• It can be used with a Flexiplus return ticket, or Standard return ticket

Standard Plus

• A Standard Plus ticket can be booked for any duration, as either a single or return journey.
• Standard Plus tickets are refundable for a fee, if the refund request is made more than 2 days* before the booked departure date**.
• It can be used with a Standard, Standard Plus and Flexiplus return ticket, or as a single.

*7 days if ticket purchased prior to 16th March 2026
