Promotion Terms and Conditions 

1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the LeShuttle Double Avios Promo (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing. 
2. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must be:  
   1. at least 18 years old and a named traveller to each booking; 
   2. Compliant with LeShuttle’s Ticket Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage; 
   3. a member of Club LeShuttle loyalty programme; and 
   4. a member of the British Airways Club (“BAC”) and accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. For full details of the BAC Terms and Conditions please visit https://www.britishairways.com/content/the-british-airways-club/about-the-club/terms-and-conditions. ((“Eligible Customers” or in the singular, an "Eligible Customer”).  
3. To earn Avios, Eligible Customers must link their British Airways Club account to their LeShuttle account. Only one Eligible Participant will be eligible to receive Avios per booking, regardless of the number of passengers in each booking. The names of the Eligible Participant and the BAC and LeShuttle account holder must fully match. 
4. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Participants must confirm and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the Avios Group (AGL) Limited’s (“AGL”) Terms and Conditions. For full details of the AGL Terms and Conditions please visit https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions. Only one BAC account can be linked per booking. If you are travelling as a group, please note that Avios will only be awarded to the linked account. 
5. Customers must book their LeShuttle purchase via www.leshuttle.com or by calling +44 (0) 3443 35 35 35 (UK line), +33 (0) 321 00 20 61 (international line).   
6. The Promotion is offering Eligible Participants to accrue double Avios on each booking made directly with LeShuttle as stated in clause 5 between 23 February 2026 at 00:01 GMT and 8 March 2026 at 23:59 GMT, for travel up until 28 February 2027 (“Promotion Period”).  
7. The Promotion only applies to travel between Folkestone and Calais, or between Calais and Folkestone.  
8. Customers must enter the promotional code 26X2AVIOS at the time of booking to qualify for the Promotion. 
9. You can collect six (6) Avios per £1 spent on Day Trip & Overnight, Short Stay Saver, Standard and Standard Plus tickets (including taxes) made during the Promotion Period.  Outside of this Promotion Period customers can collect the standard three (3) Avios per £1 on Day Trip & Overnight, Short Stay Saver, Standard and Standard Plus tickets (including taxes) 
10. You can collect 12 Avios per £1 spent on a Short Stay Flexiplus and Flexiplus tickets (including taxes and the peak day charge fees) made during the Promotion Period. Outside of this Promotion Period customers can collect the standard six (6) Avios per £1 on a Short Stay Flexiplus and Flexiplus tickets (including taxes and the peak day charge fees).  
11. Avios earnt is variable and dependent on fare class secured.  
12. For payments in Euros the system will convert the cost of the booking to GBP and award Avios at the same rate as bookings made in GBP. The calculation will be based on the LeShuttle system conversion rate, with decimals rounded down to the nearest £1.  
13. Customers paying with Discount vouchers will only be eligible to earn Avios on the balance of any ticket purchase made using a credit/debit card, subject to other Terms & Conditions associated with Avios bookings.  
14. Avios collection is only available for BAC members. Members of other Avios programs are not eligible.   
15. The following exclusions apply:  
    1. Pets.  
    2. Insurance (Travel or Motor Breakdown cover).  
    3. Promotional fares (e.g., fares with 20% off, such as January Sale).    
    4. Any creation or amendment fees paid in relation to bookings made or amended via the Contact Centre & Website.  
    5. Payments made using methods other than credit or debit cards.  
    6. Any payments on the day of travel (e.g., tickets purchase on arrival including new tickets for missed departures, Flexiplus peak day supplements paid on the day (if you book to travel on a non-peak day and do not amend your booking before arrival if travelling on a peak day, Avios will not be earned on the value of the supplement)).   
    7. Payments made using Tesco vouchers including the balance of any ticket purchase made using a credit/debit card.  
    8. Payments made using Discount vouchers (although the balance of any ticket purchase made using a credit/debit card will be eligible to earn Avios, subject to other terms & conditions associated with Avios bookings).  
    9. The Promotion is not valid on bookings made through third parties. 
    10. Discounted Eurotunnel staff, friends of staff and shareholder bookings are excluded from the Promotion.  
16. Avios will be awarded within 30 days of travel completion. For any missing Avios queries, please complete the Claim Missing Avios form stating LeShuttle as the non-airline partner.  
17. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Avios related offer or LeShuttle offer or promotion.  
18. If a customer cancels their booking, does not travel, in the case of a return ticket does not travel one of the booked legs, or changes their ticket to a non-qualifying fare, they will not be eligible to receive Avios. 
19. Retrospective or backdated claims for Avios related to each booking is not permitted. For the avoidance of doubt retrospective claims for Avios to be applied to bookings made with LeShuttle directly prior to the introduction of this offer are not permitted. LeShuttle's Ticket Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage apply.  
20. AGL accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control 
21. AGL and LeShuttle reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. 
22. AGL and LeShuttle reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so. 
23. Avios are issued by AGL and are subject to acceptance and compliance with the Scheme Terms and Conditions as stated on https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions   
24. By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL and LeShuttle or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the LeShuttle’s Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy.  
25. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. LeShuttle’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  
26. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways, AGL and/or LeShuttle (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
27. Promotional materials may form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.  
28. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction. If the Eligible Participant is resident in the Republic of Ireland, then the courts of the Republic of Ireland also have jurisdiction. 
29. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion shall be subject to correction without any liability on the British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and LeShuttle. 
30. British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and LeShuttle's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
