1. AVAILABILITY
The 10% discount offer ('Offer') is available to Club LeShuttle members only and applies to new eligible bookings made on the LeShuttle website, in advance and in accordance with these terms.
1.1 Offer available from 00:01 on 19 October 2026 until 23:59 on 21 October 2026 (CET).
1.2 Offer only applicable to online bookings made by Club LeShuttle members for travel between Folkestone and Calais, or Calais and Folkestone.
1.3 Offer valid on Standard, Short Stay and Day Trip & Overnight tickets booked between 19 October 2026 and 21 October 2026, for travel between 2 November 2026 and 10 December 2026, excluding travel on the following date:
- 6 December 2026 (Calais to Folkestone direction of travel )
For return tickets, if only one direction is within the travel validity period, the discount is applied to the eligible part of the booking only (for example, if your outward ticket is within the travel validity period the discount will apply to this part, but if your return falls outside or on an exclusion date, that part of your booking will not qualify for the discount).
1.4 Offer not valid for Flexiplus or Standard Plus ticket bookings or bookings made through third parties.
1.5 Offer cannot be used retrospectively or in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
1.6 Offer not available when using Tesco vouchers or gift vouchers as part or full payment.
1.7 Offer / discount is not applicable to pet travel, insurance products or services, the amendment or cancellation fee.
1.8 Prices vary depending on ticket type, time of booking, day and time of travel, vehicle type and any accessories.
1.9 This offer and bookings made in accordance with it are not transferable or amendable. Bookings cannot be transferred between LeShuttle accounts or to other people.
2. TICKET VALIDITY
2.1. Your booking is only valid for the ticket type, booked dates and departure times, direction of travel and the vehicle type and any accessories such as bikes or roof box on the top or rear of the vehicle, trailers or caravans stated at the time of booking.

2.3. Bookings made in accordance with clauses 1.1 to 1.3 of this promotional offer and amended in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the ticket, in the same direction of travel before the expiry of this offer at 23:59 CET on 21 October 2026, will only continue to benefit from the promotional discount if the amendment meets the conditions of this offer set out in clauses 1.1 to 1.9 above.
2.4. Bookings originally made in accordance with clause 1.3 above but amended in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the ticket after 23:59 CET on 21 October 2026, or to a date or ticket type not covered by this offer, will be treated as a new booking and will lose the benefit of this discount offer. Customers amending their booking will need to pay the difference between the price of the original booking and the new amended booking. Eurotunnel's standard ticket terms and conditions will apply.
2.5. Travel must be completed at the date/time and direction of travel reserved.
2.6. Failure to complete both the outward and return journeys in respect of a return booking will invalidate your booking.
2.7. In the event that you complete only one journey in respect of a return booking, you will be liable to pay the difference between the price that you paid for your return booking and the single fare applicable at the time that your journey was made.
2.8. LeShuttle reserves the right to obtain payment in full from you for all sums so arising.
2.9. You must Check-in at least 1 hour (but not more than 4 hours) before your booked departure time. See the Terms and Conditions applicable to your ticket for check-in restrictions and ticket expiry information.
2.10. Pet travel is permitted subject to the pet travel scheme rules. Standard pet prices apply.
2.11. These contain certain exclusions of liability, and you should read them before travelling.
LeShuttle reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. PROMOTIONAL TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms are specific to this promotional offer. If there is any conflict between these terms and Eurotunnel’s standard Ticket Terms, these specific promotional ticket terms and conditions will prevail.
