All LeShuttle customers can collect and spend Avios. You will need to log-in to your Club LeShuttle account – or for new customers open a Club LeShuttle account – before you book. And make sure you have your British Airways Club membership number to hand when you complete your booking.

Further information on how to Collect and Spend Avios with LeShuttle
How do I collect Avios?
To collect Avios, you must book your travel with LeShuttle directly on the website or by telephone via the LeShuttle Contact Centre. Avios can be collected by customers in the UK or Europe – but you will need to be signed in to your Club LeShuttle account to participate. If you don’t already have a Club LeShuttle account, you can create one here.
Enter your British Airways Club membership details
You must enter your British Airways Club membership number on the Confirmation Page once you have completed your booking with LeShuttle. Your British Airways Club membership number, date of birth and the name on your Club LeShuttle account must match those stored on your British Airways Club account.
How many Avios will I earn?
Avios are awarded once your journey has been completed with LeShuttle (not after the booking). Avios will then be awarded to your account within 30 days.
Is there a minimum/maximum spend?
I cancelled / didn’t turn up for my journey, will I still collect Avios?
How do I spend Avios?
You must login to your Club LeShuttle account to be able to spend a voucher. If you don’t already have a Club LeShuttle account create one at https://www.leshuttle.com/booking/account/create
Once you have your voucher make your booking online at www.leshuttle.com and enter the voucher code in the payment section to redeem your voucher. You can redeem up to 10 vouchers during a booking.
What can I spend an Avios–LeShuttle voucher on?
- All ticket types including Flexiplus
- Accessories – including roof rack, roof box, bike rack, caravan, trailer
Avios–LeShuttle vouchers cannot be spent on:
- Insurance (Travel or Motor Breakdown cover)
- Pet travel (you can still book your vehicle using an Avios LeShuttle voucher, but the Pet supplement part must be paid with a Credit Card / Debit Card)
- Any creation or amendment fees
- Any payments on the day of travel (for example on the day supplements, new tickets, accessories that haven’t been pre-booked).
