    How do I collect Avios?
    Login or register for a Club LeShuttle account
    To collect Avios, you must book your travel with LeShuttle directly on the website or by telephone via the LeShuttle Contact Centre. Avios can be collected by customers in the UK or Europe – but you will need to be signed in to your Club LeShuttle account to participate.  If you don’t already have a Club LeShuttle account, you can create one here.

    Enter your British Airways Club membership details
    You must enter your British Airways Club membership number on the Confirmation Page once you have completed your booking with LeShuttle. Your British Airways Club membership number, date of birth and the name on your Club LeShuttle account must match those stored on your British Airways Club account.
     
    How many Avios will I earn?
    You can collect 3 Avios per £1 spent on Day Trip & Overnight, Short Stay Saver,   Standard and Standard Plus tickets. You can collect 6 Avios per £1 spent on Short Stay Flexiplus and Flexiplus tickets.

    Avios are awarded once your journey has been completed with LeShuttle (not after the booking). Avios will then be awarded to your account within 30 days. 
     
    Is there a minimum/maximum spend?
    No minimum spend is required and there is no maximum number of Avios that can be collected in a single transaction.
     
    I cancelled / didn’t turn up for my journey, will I still collect Avios?
    No-show / missed departures or cancelled bookings will not receive Avios .
     
    How do I spend Avios?
    To spend Avios, you must convert your Avios to a LeShuttle voucher at www.avios.com/spend-avios  

    You must login to your Club LeShuttle account to be able to spend a voucher. If you don’t already have a Club LeShuttle account create one at https://www.leshuttle.com/booking/account/create 

    Once you have your voucher make your booking online at www.leshuttle.com and enter the voucher code in the payment section to redeem your voucher. You can redeem up to 10 vouchers during a booking.
     
    What can I spend an Avios–LeShuttle voucher on?
    Avios–LeShuttle vouchers can be spent on:
    • All ticket types including Flexiplus
    • Accessories – including roof rack, roof box, bike rack, caravan, trailer    

    Avios–LeShuttle vouchers cannot be spent on:
    • Insurance (Travel or Motor Breakdown cover)
    • Pet travel (you can still book your vehicle using an Avios LeShuttle voucher, but the Pet supplement part must be paid with a Credit Card / Debit Card)
    • Any creation or amendment  fees
    • Any payments on the day of travel (for example on the day supplements, new tickets, accessories that haven’t been pre-booked).
    Is there a limit on how many vouchers I can redeem or use in one go?
    The maximum number of vouchers that can be issued in 1 day on the Avios site is 1 voucher. The maximum number of vouchers that can be redeemed for travel with LeShuttle in 1 booking is 10 vouchers.
     
    How long do I have from redeeming my Avios for an Avios-LeShuttle voucher?
    The Avios-LeShuttle voucher will expire 12 months from the day it is issued at www.avios.com/spend-avios. If a voucher expires no refunds will be given and no Avios will be credited back to your account.

    1. AVAILABILTY

    The sale 20% discount offer (‘Offer’) applies to new bookings made online through a LeShuttle Account, in advance and in accordance with these terms. To qualify, the booking must:

    • Use the promotional code provided to the LeShuttle Account holder
    • Be made in the name of the LeShuttle Account holder 
    • Use the email address linked to their LeShuttle Account. Bookings made through a LeShuttle Account are for the account holder’s travel only and cannot be transferred to another person or account.


    1.1.  Offer available to LeShuttle account holders, from 00:01 16 March 2026 until 23:59 on 22 March 2026 (CET).

    1.2. Offer only applicable to online bookings made via a LeShuttle account for travel between Folkestone and Calais, or Calais and Folkestone.

    1.3. Offer only valid for tickets (see 1.3-1.9 for ticket exclusions) booked between 16 March 2026 to 22 March 2026, for travel between 13 April 2026 until 30 June 2026, excluding travel on and between the following dates:
    Folkestone to Calais:

    • 22/05/2026
    • 23/05/2026 (0:00-15:59)
    • 24/05/2026 (0:00-15:59)
    • 25/05/2026 (0:00-15:59)

    Calais to Folkestone:

    • 29/05/2026 (12:00-23:59)

    For return tickets, both directions must be for travel within the travel validity period and outside the exclusion dates set out in 1.3 to benefit from the discount. Discount is applied to eligible whole bookings only, not part bookings (for example, if your outward ticket is within the travel validity period, but return falls outside or on an exclusion date, you will not qualify for the discount on your booking).  
    1.4. Offer not valid for Flexiplus bookings, or bookings made through third parties.

    1.5. Offer cannot be used retrospectively or in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

    1.6. Offer not available when using Tesco vouchers or gift vouchers as part or full payment.

    1.7. Offer / discount is not applicable to pet travel, insurance products or services,the amendment or cancellation fee.

    1.8. Prices vary depending on ticket type, time of booking, day and time of travel, vehicle type and any accessories.

    1.9. This offer and bookings made in accordance with it are not transferable or amendable. Bookings cannot be transferred between LeShuttle accounts or to other people.

    Day Trip & Overnight – From £47 per car one way based on a mandatory return day/overnight ticket. Must be purchased as part of a return journey within 2 days and completed by midnight local time on the second calendar day. Tickets are available for travel until 30/06/2026 and mainly for departures from Folkestone before 05:00 or after 18:00 and from Calais before 12:00 or after 20:00.

    All ticket prices shown are based on one way of a journey and an average sized BMW 3 Series without accessories such as bikes or a roofbox on the top or rear of vehicle, trailer or caravan, 61% of cars travelling with us in 2024 were of similar dimensions to a BMW 3 Series.

    Our prices are indicative and the cost of your journey is based on a number of factors, including the ticket type, travel dates and time, length, height, width and ground clearance of your vehicle and accessories. Therefore, the price shown may not be applicable to your vehicle size or preferred date of travel and you may pay more or less dependent on these factors.     • Short Stay Saver - Ticket must be purchased as part of a 5 day return. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. Price excludes summer bookings.
    • Short Stay Flexiplus - Ticket must be purchased as part of a 5 day return. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day.

    For safety reasons we are unable to board motorcycles first, so Flexiplus priority boarding excludes motorcycles.

    Flexiplus lounge facilities are open UK 6am to 10pm and France 6am to 10.30pm daily. Outside opening hours the Flexiplus lobby with complimentary coffee and toilet facilities will be available. (Excluding coach.)

    Flexiplus Peak Day Charges - Peak Day Charges are payable on busy days. A Flexiplus ticket offers you a fully flexible and refundable fare. However, if you do need to travel on a Peak Day, a Peak Day Charge will be applicable. Charge starts from £10 up to £250* per leg.

    Market Share data provided by IRN comparing passenger LeShuttle car traffic with comparable traffic carried by P&O, DFDS and Irish Ferries in the period 1st January to 30th June 2024 including vehicles with trailers, caravans, motorhomes and motorbikes.

    The environmentally-friendly way to travel to France

    35 minutes is the planned journey time. The average crossing time between November 2024 and October 2025 was 35 minutes 17 seconds.
