1. AVAILABILTY
1.1 Offer not applicable to existing bookings (cannot be applied retrospectively).
1.2 Offer only applicable to online bookings made via LeShuttle with promotional code 24SUMMER10 for travel between Folkestone and Calais, or Calais and Folkestone. Only the email address which received this offer is eligible for the discount. Bookings must be made using the email address that received notification of this offer directly from LeShuttle in order to benefit from the offer. Offer not transferrable to an alternative email address.
1.3 Offer only valid for Day Trip/Overnight, Short Stay Saver and Standard tickets booked between 00:01 10 June 2024 to 23:59 CET on 23 June 2024 for travel between 10 June 2024 and 8 September 2024* date and time exclusions apply, see below:

1.4 Offer not valid for Flexiplus, Short Stay Flexiplus tickets, or bookings made through third parties.
1.5 Promotional code only available for redemption against the equivalent of 10,000 single tickets.
1.6 LeShuttle reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. In any event, offer will be automatically withdrawn once the promotional limit in 1.5 has been reached.
1.7 Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
1.8 Offer not available when using Tesco vouchers or gift vouchers as part or full payment.
1.9 Offer / discount is not applicable to pet travel, insurance products or services, the administration service fee or the refundable fee for Standard Refundable ticket.
1.10 Prices vary depending on ticket type, time of booking, day and time of travel, vehicle type and any accessories.
1.11 This offer and bookings made in accordance with it are not transferable or amendable. Bookings cannot be transferred between accounts or to other people.
2. TICKET VALIDITY
2.1 Your booking is only valid for the ticket type, booked dates and departure times, direction of travel and the vehicle type and any accessories such as bikes or roofbox on the top or rear of the vehicle, trailers or caravans stated at the time of booking.
2.2 Bookings made in accordance with clauses 1.1 to 1.3 of this promotional offer and which are amended in the same direction of travel before the expiry of this offer at 23:59 CET on 23 June 2024 will only continue to benefit from the promotional discount if the amendment meets the conditions of this offer set out in 1.1 to 1.9 above.
2.3 Bookings originally made in accordance with 1.1 to 1.3 above but which are amended in any way after 23:59 CET on 23 June 2024 or to a date or ticket type not covered by this offer will be treated as a new booking and you will lose the benefit of this discount offer. Customers amending their booking will need to pay the difference between the price of the original booking and the new amended booking. Eurotunnel’s standard ticket terms and conditions will apply.
2.4 Travel must be competed at the date/time and direction of travel reserved.
2.5 Failure to complete both the outward and return journeys in respect of a return booking will invalidate your booking.
2.6 In the event that you complete only one journey in respect of a return booking, you will be liable to pay the difference between the price that you paid for your return booking and the single fare applicable at the time that your journey was made.
2.7 LeShuttle reserves the right to obtain payment in full from you for all sums so arising.
2.8 You must Check-in at least 1 hour (but not more than 2 hours) before your booked departure time. If you arrive after the booked departure time, your booking will not be exchanged, and you will have to make a new booking.
2.9 Pet travel is permitted subject to the pet travel scheme rules. Standard pet prices apply.

4. PROMOTIONAL TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms are specific to this promotional offer. If there is any conflict between these terms and Eurotunnel’s standard Ticket Terms, these specific promotional ticket terms and conditions will prevail.
