Amend or Cancel your booking online
It's now possible to amend or cancel most refundable bookings online. Unused bookings made with the below ticket types (excluding bookings made with vouchers, or with pets or insurance) can be cancelled online:
- Standard Refundable (not "Standard" - see ticket terms and conditions)
- Flexiplus / Short Stay Flexiplus*

Please note that if a non-refundable ticket has been upgraded to a Standard Refundable, Flexiplus/Short Stay Flexiplus ticket and you cancel your booking you will only receive a refund of the supplement paid for the refundable upgrade, not the original non-refundable booking.
Log into your My Account, and look for the "Cancel booking" button on the booking summary.
Unused bookings made with vouchers, with pets or insurance cannot be cancelled online.
